Welcome to the People at St Wulfram'sPeople like things to do. Here are some of the things on offer at St Wulfram's. BellringersSt Wulfram's has a royal peal of bells. The Society of Change Ringers of St Wulfram's founded in 1781 is the oldest recreational group in Grantham. The bells are rung before Sunday services as well as on special occassions such as weddings. The tenor bell weighs over 32cwts! The bellringing chamber has a very interesting range of "Charity Boards" that make fascinating reading...! If you would like to join this talented group of people, or find out more about ringing bells, please contact Tim Wylie, e-mail: Timothy.Wylie@virgin.net. Church ChoirMusic plays an important part in the life of St.Wulfram's. There is an ever expanding choir (no, not the tenors eating too much!), with approximately 18 young people and 12 adults. The top line is made up of both girls and boys, the girls continue singing in the choir up until the year of their fourteenth birthday. Sung Eucharist, Sung Evensong and Choral Evensong are a regular part of the worship. For further details, please contact Michael Sands, Director of Music Flower GuildThe Flower Guild provide varied displays around the church, week in, week out. They also do flowers for weddings; in memory of a loved one; or as a thanksgiving for a special occasion such as a wedding anniversary.
